Where can I find my price?

You see it on the item. If you see a gross price, just click on the “gross price” box, then your price will appear.

If an item has a blue inventory indicator, when will it be delivered?

Items marked blue are purchase items and they are ordered for you when you place your order. You can find the delivery times for all blue articles in the trolley in the column “Deliv.Days”.

An item was missing from my delivery; what should I do?

Fill in and subnit the complaint form that is available in the webshop, and we will fix it for you. You can find the form here: Link

I have a large order with many lines and I don’t want to go into each item to place my order; what do I do?

There are several good ways to enter a larger order; go to “Quick order” and find the one that best fits your needs.

There are many different qualities and surface treatments, but first and foremost I am looking for a specific size; can I search by size without having to go through all the item groups?

Yes! Use our item filter (a small blue square in the upper right corner). If you open the filter, you can easily narrow down your search. The item filter becomes available once you have chosen a category. The further you go through the categories, the fewer items the filter will check through. The item filter is a is an excellent way to search for a single size.

I can’t find the specification I need for my item.

Take a look at the catalogue; it contains lots of useful information! The digital catalogue is available at the foot of the online store page, under “documentation”. Use the search function to ease finding the specifications for your item.

What do the colours green, red and blue mean as inventory indicators?

Green = in stock (the quantity in stock is shown thereafter). Red = standard item that is sold out, you can see the delivery times at checkout. Blue = purchase items, purchased upon order, you can see the delivery times at checkout.

What do I do if I want to order a 3.1 Certificate for my item?

Select the Technical data tab. If the field “Certifikat According to EN 10204 – 3.1” is present, it is possible to obtain the certificate. Purchase the item as normal, and once you have received your delivery, go to the webshop and My Pages, select Certificate. Type in the item number and the Batch number from the Arvid Nilsson label. If you get more than one hit, compare the Lot number on the original label with the number on the pdf file name and click on the relevant link. The certificate will pop up in a separate window as a downloadable pdf.

How do I see if an item I want is in stock?

You may get an indication of the prospective balance from the article list and article page; balance confirmation will be seen in your trolley when you simulate your order. If you simulate the order, you will see which confirmed delivery date you can get for your desired quantity. If the date is moved forward past your next delivery day, you can try to reduce the quantity and simulate again to see how much of it is available.
